How to choose a bed for the bedroom:

Before ordering a bed, attention should be paid to its technical characteristics: dimensions, shape, design features (presence of a lifting mechanism, type of headboard, type of legs). Material of manufacture:
The best choice is a solid wood construction (beech, oak, pine, maple, acacia). The first two options belong to hardwood species. Their advantage is high resistance to moisture, mechanical damage, and deformation. A bed made of beech or oak is a sturdy construction distinguished by reliability and durability. Models made of coniferous wood species (for example, pine) fill the room with a pleasant forest aroma. Products made of walnut and alder have a presentable appearance thanks to their unique shades.

Depending on this characteristic, beds are classified as single, double, and one-and-a-half. The dimensions of the sleeping area in the first case are 80 - 120 × 190 - 210 cm, in the second — 160 - 230 × 200 - 220 cm, in the third — 120 - 160 × 190 - 220 cm.
