Final apartment finishing includes puttying, painting, tiling and flooring, ceiling installation, plumbing and lighting connection. The work is carried out from top to bottom, after which the space is ready for furniture and implementation of the design project.
Final finishing during apartment renovation includes wall decoration, installation of floor coverings, placement and connection of plumbing, lighting fixtures, cleaning and removal of debris. All work proceeds from top to bottom, starting with the ceiling and ending with the floor and waste collection. After this, furniture can be brought into the home and arranged according to the developed design project. Finishing work in rooms includes three main stages.
Painting and final ceiling decoration. This is especially important for drywall constructions. Their seams are smoothed, and the surface is painted in the chosen shade. Stretch ceilings do not require such finishing.
Priming and wall decoration. Before painting and wallpapering, all surfaces are primed for better adhesion. Then they are covered with the selected wallpaper or painted in the appropriate color. Ceiling cornices are installed over the finished surface.
Floor finishing. Parquet or laminate is laid on the underlayment. When installing the first option, after placing the covering, the floor is sanded and coated with three layers of varnish. Carpet or linoleum may also be used for furnishing certain rooms. Finally, baseboards made of wood or PVC are installed around the perimeter.
The washing machine and dishwasher, as well as other appliances, are connected separately. To avoid flooding, leak protection devices are installed after the apartment renovation in a new building is completed.
After all finishing work in the rooms, light fixtures and chandeliers are installed. Decorative covers are placed on sockets and switches. Lighting is adjusted, the operation of electrical appliances is fine-tuned, and desired parameters are set. An air conditioner is installed in the prepared location, connected to the refrigerant line and power grid. In the kitchen, a hood, forced ventilation, stove, and other units requiring complex connection are installed.

At the final stage, the premises are cleared of debris, which is sorted and organized. Items that can be reused remain, including leftover dry mixes and other building materials. The rest is sent for recycling in special containers.
Only after this can the finished project be handed over to the owner, unless furniture delivery and arrangement, or space decoration, are provided.
