Warranty service for furniture is carried out in accordance with the requirements and terms defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.” The warranty period is calculated from the day the furniture is installed for the client.
Warranty for assembly:
- The company “SPRM” provides services for assembling, disassembling, and transporting furniture.
- The warranty period for the product is 18 months from the day the furniture is installed.
- Assembly is carried out according to the instruction (drawing). After the assembly is completed, the customer inspects the furniture and makes the payment.
- If assembly defects are discovered within a week, a technician will come to fix them free of charge.
- Assembly defects include: misaligned fronts, need for door adjustment, poor assembly of individual elements.
Cases when warranty service is not provided:
- Violation of the rules and conditions for furniture use.
- Independent restoration or repair of furniture by the customer.
- Damage to furniture caused by fire, aggressive liquids, or careless handling.
- Modification of the product’s design or its components by the customer.
- Failure to comply with operating conditions when using furniture in humid rooms.
- Presence of mechanical damage on the product.
- Exceeding the permissible load on transformation mechanisms.
- Damage to the product due to intentional or mistaken actions by the consumer.
- Foreign objects, liquids, animals, insects, etc. getting inside the product.
- Signs of external interference in the product or its repair carried out independently or by unauthorized persons.
- Damage to the product due to changes made to its design.In such cases, service is provided at the customer’s expense according to the price list.
- Expiration of the warranty period.
Not considered furniture defects:
- Minor differences in shades and textures of upholstery fabrics and leathers.
- Minor differences in color and pattern of paint-and-lacquer coating (decor).
- Light folds on the upholstery material of soft elements that appear after load removal and disappear after light smoothing by hand.
- Dimensional deviations of ±2–3 cm per item (according to GOST 19917-93).
- Small hairline cracks (“cracking effect”), wear of the coating on furniture made of natural leather that occur during use.
Requirements for the room for furniture installation:
- The room must be cleared of other furniture, household appliances, and items that may interfere with assembly or be damaged during work.
- Walls for shelf mounting must be load-bearing and not require additional work for furniture installation.
- When installing corner furniture, the adjacent angle must be 90 degrees.
- The floor covering must be level (permissible deviation — up to 1 cm over a length of 3 m).
- If the room does not meet the specified requirements, assemblers will only carry out furniture assembly (without installation).
- No other work should be carried out in the room during furniture installation.

Remember: in case of submitting a claim regarding the product installed at your premises, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and within the warranty period, the following documents must be provided:
- Assembly contract
- Work completion certificate
- Warranty card
- Payment document (cash or sales receipt)
- Passport
